A lovely place to stay and enjoy a treat. The staff are very attentive and polite, even when letting us know about closing time. The pastries are delicious, though I do wish they were a bit more affordable. The matcha is great as always, but I personally preferred the old ceramic cup it used to be served in. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Amazing amazing amazing!! Such a fantastic patisserie, I really felt transported with the Japanese flavours. I got a white sesame cheese and my friend got a matcha roll. For drinks we got iced ume cha (plum tea) and iced yuzu cha (yuzu tea). Everything was so light and fluffy and delicious! I adored the plum tea, and it's been so long since I've had plum flavoured things in England it was a delight. They also sell pastries like shokupan (milk bread), creampan, curry bun, honey toast and melon pan. I will definitely be back to try some pastries and breads! There's seating inside for maybe 15-20 people, the seats are very low and comfortable, and the interior is very chic and airy.

Someone walked past the matcha I ordered and asked to take a photo with it because it looked so beautiful. But personally, after tasting it, I preferred the hot chocolate. As for the cakes and pastries, they looked super delicious! There were so many to choose from, but I was already so full. I’ll come back to try them next time for sure!

I’ve been a regular for a year now and I’ve constantly been satisfied by the consistent standard of service and food quality. There isn’t much space to sit inside but once you do find a spot it’s very relaxing :) All the sandwiches are equally amazing but this day we tried the teriyaki (my fave ) and the strawberry shortcake , manga daifuku and grape soda. the cutlery and venue is very clean and hygienic and the service is fast. Best strawberry cake in London I would say :) I brought my friend here for the first time when we had classes together and now again when we finished our degree - it’s a lovely place to dine and catch up.

I have visited this cafe several times. The staff are friendly and look after you. At busy times they are a little bit more strict with table service (ensuring people who queue get a seat, they can only accommodate so many) they are very fair. They always have a wonderful cake selection, I have especially enjoyed some of their seasonal cakes during the winter. Hot drinks are also well made. Worth a visit if you dine in or take away. They always ensure the cakes are packaged well so you can take them home easily.

This cozy Japanese cafe is an absolute delight! If you're a fan of matcha and unique Japanese pastries, this place is a must-visit. Their Matcha are rich and authentic, with just the right balance of earthy bitterness and sweetness. I also tried their pastries in mango, strawberry, vanilla and matcha — all were fresh, beautifully made with a soft texture and distinct, delicious flavors. The ambiance is charming and relaxing, though seating is a bit limited, so try to go during off-peak hours if you can as there were no reservation facility. The space is very well-maintained, including a clean bathroom. What really stood out was the polite and attentive staff— they were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful spot to enjoy high-quality Japanese treats!

The cakes were absolutely delightful—each one had its own unique charm! The strawberry shortcake was light and fluffy, and the nutty white sesame cheesecake was to die for. We also had the iced chocolate and iced matcha; the drinks were just okay, nothing particularly special.
